Online Service Scheduling

Terms and conditions


All online bookings for Eclat services will be confirmed via email within 24 to 48 working hours, as for reasons of force majeure, the calendar of available services may undergo last-minute changes.

The scheduled service will be charged in full via credit card and you will immediately receive an automatic email from the system, confirming receipt of payment.

 

Appointments made more than a month in advance will be subject to possible changes to the schedule, however, any changes will be duly informed via email or telephone, as far in advance as possible, by Eclat. In case of total impossibility of rescheduling, due to changes in schedule, the amount previously paid for the service scheduled online will be fully refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

Cancellation and Change Policies


After confirmation (via email) of the service's online scheduling, cancellations will not be accepted, however, the customer may change the service's scheduling date up to a maximum period of 6 months, after the original scheduling date.

 

Any request for changes must be duly informed by email to info@eclat.pt, up to 2 days before the scheduled day, after this period changes to the scheduled time and date will not be accepted.

 

Eclat reserves the right to change or cancel online appointments, at any time, whenever, for reasons of force majeure, it is not possible to provide the respective scheduled service, with the appropriate quality standards, committing itself in these cases, to change scheduling for the closest possible day to the original date, contacting the customer via phone or email. If it is completely impossible to reschedule, the amount previously paid for the service scheduled online will be refunded using the same payment method.
